I have a double layer of fat mat in my daily truck with mud tires and it quieted a fair amount. The hottest place I have it is in the door panels and none of it has slid due to heat. I got two large roles from online (don't remember the company) and it was very cheap compared to dyno mat.

Sure would have been nice if that guy had not dangled the carrot on those fiberglass dash units. I wanted one so bad. I am left now to try and make a stock looking dash out of aluminum that I can skin in foam and vinyl to most closely match a stock dash.

I use fatmat. I got a 100' roll 36" wide for under 190 bucks online. Double layer in my truck and does well. Make sure you do the headliner.

not the only forward pattern rear exit shirter. I have a sweet one that i dont think is made anymore. Plus I dont think you would have to carve up your console that much. i cant use it because of the my pattern. its new and still in the box.
