OP. Get the word plastic out of your vocabulary. Most people will think you mean acrylic. Lexasn is shatterproof and payable but scratches easy. You will have no issue molding it. Ask about clear with UV protection so it wont yellow. They also make tented.

Vfn or glasstek

We had some plastic caps that came off an AN fitting that fit in the holes perfect, were paintable, and removable.

My hood is from Glasstek and trunk and bumper from unlimited. Out of the three I think Glasstek and vfn have the best products.

I got my doors from them and will be getting my front end from the. I like their stuff

I have glass tech hood(kind of heavy) and vfn doors (lots of fitting time)

put 90 degree breaks in scoop where it will meet the hood, glue and/or use couter sunk pop rivits. The dond it out.

I have the tallest 6pack they make on it now and my carb sit about 2 inches through the hood in the front and a tad bit through in the rear. I can only fit a 11" cleaner now because I put the scoop to far forward (looked funny far back)and they dont make a drop base for a 4500 carb in that size.
