Sounds to me like they used drum brake spindles for their kit. Drum brake spindles have through holes for a bolt and a nut, which you discovered in your shop manual. Perfectly normal (but annoying).

You want the C-body units, they are 11/16 versus the A-body 9/16 and have the correct taper for the center link and ball joints. Part numbers: Moog ES352R - outers Moog ES355RL - inners Moog ES440S - sleeves Get two of each (though I believe the sleeves come two to a box). Good luck!

Just got off the phone with Bill at RMS: no swaybar available for the Early-A kit. May be forced to buy the swaybar setup from Magnum Force and fabricate brackets to accommodate the AlterKtion setup. :wack: Not happy..............
