    Nitrous is like anabolic steroids. Each juice cost you some cheap money and it’s extremely effective but not permanent. When everyone is on it, it makes perfect sense to spray since it’s the most logical method to reach the same power level you’re hanging around.

    I think mags are hyper pistons. I run my 318 mag pistons to 13 lbs boost. I’ve heard tales of 15 psi on oem bottom end. the rods take the fall first so they say.

    Yeah because your timing is locked. 36 advance works really well at higher rpm, wot. You could gain some driveabilty/starting ability by using a mechanical advance distributor. After that, you can either install a wideband o2 and tune, or read plugs and use the vacuum gauge.

    I run a 36-1 missing tooth wheel and timing is solid. Avoid flying magnet triggers as they usually only take data every 90 degrees. especially if you're pulling back timing with nitrous. A lot of folks like either VR or hall sensors but VRs never die.

    Doesn't sound worth it to sleeve any block with that type of damage. Seems to me if one cylinder had a .066" wall that eventually caused failure, another cylinder would likely do the same later down the line.
