Vaccum leak? I had a few slants that would stumble off idle. You would need to feather the gas a bit to get it to accelerate smoothly. Narrowed it down to a possible intake leak and/or throttle shaft leak. Look for wet spots on the carb near the throttle shaft.

The OE peacock Blue stripe may look good. From what I read, the OE recommendations were Black, White or Blue matched to the interior color. B7 Blue they only recommend a blue stripe.

Yeah, I still think the tail stripe looks out of place on the 73 up cars. The very end of the quarter panel is too square unlike the 70-72 models that angled back like the stripe did. Body length stripes look much better imo. But hey to each his own.
