this might help you from the looks of that seat it appears to be a low trim grade the tops and bottom edges were ef8 along with the head rests the center sections are ff4. SEM does have interior dyes but I have yet to find the correct one.

if you look at them closely they appear to be ef8 green not black. ef8 green would be correct for your seats

try duplicolor semi gloss black from advanced auto i did my truck dash and it looked just like it came in 1974

if you do order a set from year one make sure they get you the covers from legendary not p.u.i there stuff is garbage i still have to put my legendary front seat cover on but i figured i'll wear out this p.u.i garbage 1st

i got mine from year one cant exactly say the price but its listed in there catalog nice quality and it took about a half a day hang it on the rods and work yer way out from the middle then the front and rear windows
