i'll update this forum once I finish everything. right now though, I have a shift column with no tilt. But a tilt colmn with no shift should fit the same if its from the same year of a van..right?

would the steering box be the same from the van or the stock one from the dart? I looked it up and identifies mine as a small sector steering box.. I guess if the steering box is the same for either column, then it wouldn't affect the centerlink pitman and idler..

\ i'll check them out and measure them. I know that these B bodies have alot of room though! in the completely stock '74 charger we fit 295's wrapped around centerlines under there with absolutely no modification. they fit like a glove. the tires on the satellite are 235's though IIRC...

alright.. The car was like this when I got it. As money allows i'll get springs. The springs on there look brand new though. how do I identify them to tell if they are new or the stock springs?

yah. they are air shocks I guess. they have a valve that you can pump air into with a compressor. and they just feel SUPER stiff. maybe I'll just deal with them. but not sure if its normal or not to feel that stiff back there. and they aren't pumped up all the way either. they say ther can go...

I need to get a new set of rear shocks for my '73 satellite. currently it has adjustable ones on there. And They are needed so that my rear tires clear the rear fenders.. What are some good adjustable shocks that I could replace these with? I believe they are KYB's on there right now too...

yah. i don't know alot, but I don't think the wheel should be sitting further forward on the driverside. The Passenger side is supposed to sit higher though. thats how they were new from the factory also. It helps alot with traction. they're called bias springs. There is alot of engineering...

yep. they came on the 340's back in the day.. i did ALOT of research about them before purchasing. lol says right on mancini "designed for hi performance a-body cars".

I had small bolt pattern front end and big bolt pattern rear due to my rear end swap that I did. So I found a set of wheel converters from small bolt pattern to big bolt pattern. they fit great. found mine on craigslist for 60 bucks for a set of 4 and they were brand new. then sold one...
