    PowerSteering

Since you didn't say what you are referring to, I'll assume its about adjusting the pressure. You remove the pressure line, and remove the valve assembly, take it apart, and add, or subtract machined washers to change pressure. Should be videos on YouTube.

    PowerSteering

It doesn't leak like the old ones, they are easier to find, and the pressure can be adjusted.

    PowerSteering

This is the answer. Unless you don't mind non stock, you can use the superior Saginaw pump, but it will require the brackets to mount it.

    Jeg's cool gap manifold

Edelbrock is now part of the conglomerate that owns Comp Cams. I can't wait to see how much the quality has gone down. Funny thing is, in Hemmings Muscle Machines, Edelbrock stated that there would be no disruption in availability.

    Torsion bar trouble

It will help to remove the upper control arm bumper. It keeps a small amount of pressure on the torsion bar. Otherwise all the above answers apply.

    Thoughts?...sold for $7,900

When I see those fake spot lights, fender skirts, and fake side pipes, I just want to take a bat, and smash the **** out of them. I can't stand junk screwed to a car that has no purpose. They tried to make a 60s car look like a 50s custom by putting the same stuff on this Dart as EVERYONE puts...

No more basket cases for me....

There is one redeeming quality about project cars, You can see all the sins before you start. A lot of so called Done cars have bondo, newspaper, fiberglass floors, band aided engine, etc. I like to know what I'm starting with. But i'm probably done with projects, due to all my bays are filled up.

1965 Dart GT: help on diagnosis?

My 64 big block had 2 cables, like yours should, and it had a lever for the throttle pressure/kickdown. Don't drive without it. The trans will burn up. Check Moparts forum. They may have a copy of the service manual you can download.

    No room!

I've heard people say that, but I've never had my car run hotter at high rpm/speed.

    No room!

IMO, electric fans are a pain. You need about 3800 cfm for it to cool well. Then there's the relays, thermal switches, upgraded alternator, and wiring. And they're loud. I prefer the simplicity of mechanical fans. I've used the Summit stainless fan. About $40. Use with a shroud. 26 inch...

Possibly trading for a '65 Barracuda

JMO, but that car will require a huge investment in tools, time, and money. Not a lot of sheet metal available new. I like early Barracudas. This one is a good parts car.

    how to repair

I would fill any voids with seam sealer. Any silicone sealer will cause rust. Seen it on many a car back in the 80s

    Power steering help

The saginaw pump is the one I used on my 69 340 Dart with the early style cast iron water pump that goes to the driver's side of the radiator. Brackets are available. Not sure if Bouchillon carries them or not. They were available until 69, so you should have a wider range to look at.

I heard you can use one of those replacement CV joint boots.

info on a 62 max wedge

Cool story. I used to see a 62 Plymouth MW car sitting behind a bar in Laurel Maryland. All the car guys said it was not for sale. I never asked. Just disappeared one day. Never learned where it ended up.

That end was a buzz kill. Ack!

    What should I do?!

360! If the mileage isn't there on the slant, and the performance isn't there either, why give up performance. But then again, I'm not a fan of 6 cylinders.

I bought front and rear bumpers from Tri city for my 64 Sport Fury. That was over 12 years ago. They still look great. I also still remember how well they treated me.
