That car is stunning. A 72 Demon just like yours is number one on my dream list... I think that is the best combination of colors, just slightly above a black and white Demon. Congrats on the trophy.

What size/type are you looking for? There was an auction locally I went to and they had about ten refurbished units with a warranty that sold for about half to a third of new. I think they have some more coming up on another auction too.

That's a great car, with or without a fender tag and build sheet. The VIN says it's a 383 car and with the tons of pictures your going to take, you will be able to prove some of the other things on the car. It will never be as valuable as if it was fully paper documented but it's still a worthy...

I think if it's manual the same size plug gets used but it has a factory stamped hole in it at an angle. Kind of looks like a boot.

My Demon hasn't been out very much this summer. The neighbors did poke their heads out a little last Friday night when they heard the Mr. Norm's Super Stock Demon fire up in the trailer though.

A potentially rusty 260 powered Javelin, 1975. I'd say $4k tops. I recently bought a 304 3 speed powered 74 Javelin that is all beat up for $300. You need to buy it tho if it's at all fixable due to your connection with it.

My cousin has almost the same car. 70, B5 318 automatic Swinger. I sold him the car a couple years ago. He's right up there in Menomonee Falls. I have a flat 70 hood for sale if you interested. It will be out for the Belvidere show in two weeks.

I've got a fairly decent 71 drivers side front fender. It does have some rust but it's mainly on the support on the back side of the dogleg. The face of it looks decent. $125 if your interested. I'm in Northern, IL. As far as cost for doing the bodywork, that can vary from $2500 to $20k...

I called it fabricating because the aftermarket frame rails I've seen were very crude. Maybe they're better now. If not, you'll be fabricating to be happy with the way they look. Hopefully the car gets saved.
