Wow, look what the car drug home.lol again!

Sorry, didn't see the date on the original post... either way, keep driving it. lol. I'd personally buy a smaller wheel.. 16s or 17s instead of the 18s and paint it Some sort of graphite/gunmetal color. I'm not afraid to admit that I like tuner cars... when they're done tastefully.

Wow, look what the car drug home.lol again!

Drive the piss out of it and kill some Honduhs. I like the eclipses and the talons. I'd build one and drive on actually if I had extra money to throw around (either a talon or a stealth). Just drive it. Good gas mileage and fast? Yes please.

    Infinity G- coupes are quick!

Welll, not really all that soon... more like now. The new laguna seca (spelling?) mustangs come with two different keys... and the computer goes into normal driving with one key or "sport/race" mode when you use the other key. :angry7:

    streetable or not streetable?

Our roadrunner is going to be pushing almost 600 horse after we rebuild the hemi (at the fly wheel)... but we also have a street friendly gear in the rear end.... but it'll be streetable... and fast, lol.

    Very sad today.

Well at least the cops were cool about you guys having some fun on the last night. Looks like a real shame that it got closed though. Looks like it was a fun place.

New use for your extra back glass!

Yeah but then you'd lose all of your traction when the rear wheels pop up on ya, lol!

    What made A bodies non-popular

    I think they're ugly, lol.

    What made A bodies non-popular

Well, if the orange supra in that movie was actually a turbo car then I hate to say it but it would have beat the charger movie car. The charger didn't even have a functional blower on it, lol. And one thing I noticed is that when the car rolls at the end, it's got an automatic in it! haha...

    Duster Cowl Hood??

I like 6 pack hoods on dusters... or those dual snorkel type scoops... just my 2 cents. End of the day its your car but I think there are much better looking options.

    Whats a turbo caravan worth?

Pretty much mint, no rust, thats what it'd be worth. If it's got some wear and tear I would say 1500 or there abouts with the work it needs. The vans are never in very high demand

Survivor 68 Dart 270 being sold

Looks really solid!!! It'd almost be too nice to cut up... almost. Joking aside though, the guys on here will definitely give ya a good price for it... way more accurate than ebay. Heck, ya will probably end up selling it here too. I wish I had the money for an A-body of my own.

Young gun forum yes or no?

I voted yes, but I take it back. I think I'd get into too many fights in a young gun forum. I can't stand people my own age most of the time.

Help with wheel choice 15" or 17"

I'd go with the 15s unless you plan on a big brake upgrade or something and you'd need bigger wheels for clearance. Only time I like bigger wheels on these cars is when theyre a pro-touring type build.

New Duster / Mod or restore?

360, automatic, 8 1/4 car? Cut that sucker up and mod it!

beaters what options do us mopar lovers have?

As much as I love my 80s dodges. Look around for an Omni, Charger, Turismo, Rampage, etc. They're cheap and usually for 2 grand you can actually get a pretty nice running car! Heck, ya spend 3-4 and ya have one that runs mid 13s and smokes mustangs.

    Is It Time????

Cosgig, it seems to me that you already know what you need to do. Judging by her reaction when she saw the van, and how you as her father want to make her happy....well, I think everything points to selling the GTX. For me, though I'm too young to have a kid, I would think the smile on my...

How much rust is too much?

I voted for part it... only because you asked what we would do. I must say though that I wouldn't have purchased a car in that shape anyway... but that wasn't an option on the poll. I guess for me it would depend on what the car was. So, how much is too much? Well, it's only limited to...

    New Challenger vs Original

    I agree.

    New Challenger vs Original

Buy the REAL challenger... the new ones are overrated. However... if you'd like a new car as your daily driver... I guess you have no choice but to... actually, don't buy a new challenger at all. lol For a daily driver they're just too much in my opinion. (Money mostly).

What older Dodge pickup truck would you get if you could choose?

Button posted it... an old D100 like his slant ride (which is gorgeous btw). Yep, I want one of those. Any engine will do.

    Sanding aluminum? - Grille repair

Sorry guys, for mentioning 80 and 180 grit. I use it on stainless trim but I haven't done a grill yet so I didn't really realize they were thin. I've gotten too used to go stuff like this. I hate stainless....

    Sanding aluminum? - Grille repair

I know how to sand an polish aluminum parts... but I don't know how I'd go about the whole grill... well I have an idea, but it's extremely time consuming. If it were me, and I were at work... I would use my 3 inch DA sander and hit it with 80, 180, and then 320 grit in that order. Then I...

    Howd you start likeing mopar?

Grew up in a 1941 Willys Sedan with a 383 big block mopar in it! Along with an 8.75 sure-grip. We sold the willys and roll around in my dad's hemi roadrunner now though. As a young gun (18) I really miss that car.
