    505" stroker

Yea the smoking tires is a bad deal. I have worked hard to get them to drop the habit as it's not cheap. Were down to only one or two smokes when I'm out....:burnout:

    505" stroker

Started with blank Edelbrock Performer RPM heads. Machining and porting was done by Hensley racing to their spec. Head cc is 80.2 Don't have the flow numbers handy, but they breathe well. I'm running 2" exhaust all the way starting at the headers. Cam is Comp Cam and is a custom grind...

Be Cool Radiator & Fan module

AC hoses are In the passenger fender wells and come up from below. Wiring harness lengthened and runs low along the side of the frame rail. Horn and starter relay are mounted low on the driver side at the very front on the side of the frame rail. Spark plug wires are long and come from below...

Be Cool Radiator & Fan module

I made the top cap out of AL sheet stock and used a bead roller to give it that faux mopar radiator look. The cap that comes with the radiator is only on each end so it looks like its missing something when installed.

Be Cool Radiator & Fan module

Yes Figured I would take full advantage. I have the 30" radiator and it sits on the frame rails so I opened it up to the frame rails on each side and put the angle I trimmed back in place. Hard to tell now that it's all together. Here's some mock up pics

Be Cool Radiator & Fan module

That's a nice set up. Mine is on a manual switch so I control it myself. I used the temp sender for a temp gauge instead of the switch.

Be Cool Radiator & Fan module

I run mine (twin fan system) without the fans whenever I'm on the highway and it never tops 185. They cool so efficiently that I unhooked one of my fans and I have a back up now. Never gets over 190 and that's idling with AC on and there's a big block in the bay. Worth every cent.

    "NOT" Like a glove

Thanks. Wiring runs from below on driver side and AC hoses are under the passenger side fender. Very simple to hide everything doing it like that.

    "NOT" Like a glove

Use a billet specialties set up and you can have power steering, big alt, AC, water pump... Radiator...use be cool for an e body if you want mega cooling. Its 31" long, 3 core with twin fans. A little trimming on each side of the radiator support opening to get more air flowing will make it...

Big Block Conversion, do it again?

If there is a square inch of the engine bay that is not covered with motor then space is being wasted.:D Nothing like the sound and feel of an uncorked big block....I love mine and it is a big fuzzy pussy cat till you stomp on it's tail. Do that and it becomes that screaming ***** of a...

    Lifting one side of engine?

I run the 2" BB headers from TTI and they fit with none of the issues you mentioned. I run the same basic set up......a 500ci and RMS front end with power steering. The only thing I have to do is disconnect the steering shaft at the coupler and pull the plugs. Are you sure those TTI's...

    440 motor in 68 Barracuda

Don't forget that you may need to modify the steering column...removing 2-4" of the outer tube at the bottom will greatly improve the clearance....the more you remove the better clearance you will have. Mop
