You have a shot at one??? If you get one, you should look into having a fiberglass mold built and reproducing them in glass. Cheaper, faster way to do it and they should hold up pretty well. Hope it works out for you.

Yes, use the rubber, air inflated casters. They will be fine on gravel, rocks, grass, etc.
