Easiest way to do it is just graft in the section as a tube. Two and Four door cars use the same basic rocker panels. There is a difference in length between Dodge and Plymouth models pre 74.

It's no different than replacing any other part of the unibody structure. Support the car front and rear by the frame rails, and make sure the load is evenly distributed before you make any cuts. I have patch sections available if you need them

The vent assemblies themselves are different, but swap right over. Same with the arm rest assemblies

All of the internals swap without issue. You MAY have to redrill the pivot point hole for the door lock bellcrank, but the actual structure is the same for all 67-72 doors. OR, if dead nuts originality is not an issue, I can send along the 68-up lock button hardware.

The ones I have on hand are rust free shells. You would swap over all of your existing internals. They all have the later lock button location, but if it would be a help, I can weld those holes closed and you can redrill them in the 67 location.

All 1967-72 Dart/Scamp doors directly interchange with each other. 67 has the hole for the door lock button positioned farther back than the other years. I have a couple listed in Exterior Parts For Sale, if you're in the market for some.

That tiny bit of slop is almost necessary with these cars.

Yeah, 40 is a bit excessive. For sheet metal work, I just use .030 Flux Core. Cheap and foolproof

The curvature of the glass is different, so none of the guts will work. The inner door frame is different as well. Duster/Demon/Sport doors are all unique to that body style regardless of year
