I'm getting ready to start up my new engine on a test stand. I have an old stock ecu and harness to test it with. Would it be ok to skip using the ballast resistor for the short period it will take to do this? I'll probably end up using one, but I'm just curious.

Is there trick to getting the old one off and the new on? I tried a pair of pliers and it's not moving. I don't want to break it!

I just bought a 73 Challenger with 3spd wipers. The wipers work, but they don't go back to park? What should I be looking for? The harness is new, but the switch and the motor not.

The lock in my 73 doesn't stay in the column, it's just pulls out. Is there a way to get it to lock in place? Could it be missing a retaining clip or ring?
