Are the lower control arm, upper control arm, and strut rod bushings the only ones torqued after suspension is loaded? Is it ok to tighten everything else before suspension is loaded (ball joints, idler and Pittman arms, tie rods)? Thanks.

Putting UCAs back on car after putting new bushings and ball joints in and forgot which way the cam bolts go in. Do the bolt heads go on the outside of the left and right side of the arm and the nuts on the insides or vice versa? I forgot to take a picture! Thanks.
