I got rid of my 1974 dart sport and i just bought a 1969 dart. it has a 360, 727, and a 8 3/4 with 430 gears. the snow flew before i had a chance to take it out. i can`t wait for spring
bought the car in Nov. 2007 and been tearing it apart and rebuilding from scratch to turn it into a mild street/strip car.
What's been done:
-repainted GY3 factory color (curious yellow only in '71)
-front suspension with wilwood discs
-11" drums out back
-leafs moved in, new 8 3/4 rear...
This is my 1969 Dart swinger , stripe has been installed since the picture. I have owned the car since 1977 my brother bought this car from a dealer in 1974. It was sold as a gts clone. vin tag is for a swinger. It is a 340 4speed car took about 4 years to restore.

11-10-07 What a nice day for a cruise down the great river road. Took the scenic trail ride in Piere Marquette state park and it has alot of nice places to pull over to take pictures. The autumn colors make a great background.

Blown 360 Magnum will have to make about 440 horsepower to get the job done. Hooking it up is the next problem.
