This Duster was purchased in March 2004 thru eBay (that's a whole nother story in itself). It was in fair shape (that I could tell).
The interior was the typical tan color with bench seat, A/C, shifter on the column, pretty much faded all over, drooping headliner, don't remenber the name of...

a 1970 Chrysler Valiant built by Chrysler in Schinznach (Switzerland). The car comes out of the factory with special bucketseats and a "Kilometer"-Speedometer and Disc-Brake in the front.
Engine is a 318.
i added the intake out of an 70ies 340cui...
here some pics (okay sorry these are the same as from the resto-thread, didn´t have the time to take some new ones) of my Badfish. Engine is still the 273 V8. We put a Offenhauser-intake with an 4bbl Demon-carb and an Offenhauser Aircleaner-assembly on it.

This is my big red fish. It has a spiced up 318, with closed chamber heads, Edelbrock intake and 4bbl carb, dual Flowmasters, nice cam, and full MSD ignition. The interior is original and flawless. Still got manual drums and manual steering, though. Boo.
It all started with a 318 I couldn't get rid of and a lack of a car to play with. Since the daily driver was a project car forced into service, I got board and grab this Duster.
Look for my thread in the resto section and what to do to a 318 on the cheap. Stay tuned for my fun and some ideas...
