The lower trunk lid moulding got new black painted DODGE letters. Now it's in place. The GT emblems on the quarter panel in front of the wheels was a mystery. After some hour's searching I found it the insert areas were painted white.

How to attach the headlight bezels on a 64 Dart. Three holes in the pot and two holes in the bezel!!!!!
Dis-assembled the front vent window to polish the stainless steel and change the rubber gasket.

On the 1964 Dart GT trunk lid the is a moulding with a plastic emblem that I guess should read GT. Anyone reproducing them?

Another Member just asked about those maybe in the Early-A thread? Member slant six & I posted about the Fratzog & 'guitar pick' on those, here's both of My old trunk trims..

I took that pic in May, so the thread would be back that far, bright silver in the arrow shaped recesses, black in the notches. Don't know if they found the insert.

You don't have a medallion like that extra for sale?

The front fenders have two sorts of plastic moulding holdong the hood in place not shaking. Seems it is also two ways of holding them in place.

The wiring harness is in place. But what about the headlight bezel? I does not fit. For another A-body?

That looks like the Plymouth trim ring for Valiants and Barracudas......

It is just a bit smaller in diameter compared to the Dart trim rings.

Not yet......

Per Dave Layson, no firm ETA as of yet, but when we do get them in stock...and I can hold them in my hands....

I will be posting on the board that they are FINALLY here and ready to ship.

That is great work!!! It has been very informative to follow your progress. Thank you for sharing!

More mouldings in place, hi/lo horns in place and a windshield washer jar in place. In 64 it should be a bag but this was a dealer installed jar in 1965.
Side clips fron VW Golf (Rabbit) in US works great but sometimes they are really tight.
The upper moulding under the front bumper is found, cleaned and mounted in place.
Two headlight bezels in very good condition would be great if someone has an extra set for sale.

So finally the day came for the marrige between the body and the engine/tranny/front end. My partner Volvo L30 helped me out. The next step of bringing this car back to factory specs.

First day of the year. All mouldings in place except the right front arrow. One hole is wrong but solution on it's way.
Restored the windshileld washer motor to an ok condition. New battery tray and brackets in place. The u-channels are restored and put back in place.
One of the Dart emblem for the front fenders added but the other one looked like craå. Need to get another one.
