I added insulation to my Swinger. It does seem quieter.

Got it all measured, now I need to take more pics and figure out how to ‘splain it so it makes sense.

SIGH.... Wish I had been able to use that hood. Rob actually took the carcass off my hands for another friend who was planning to fix all the rust. Sure did have his work cut out for him with that project.You're very welcome. I bought that hood from @AbodyTim several years ago, and it was already clean enough to eat off of....lol. That made it a lot easier to measure.

Yeah, I remember that too. I wish you could have fixed that car. We live too far from the west coast, or the high desert of Colorado to find cars that aren't rustified.

I was thinking laying a big fat beat of expanding foam across the front and shutting the hood on it....
Let it cure and then a sharp knife to cut it back open. And that bugger would seal nice and tight every time you shut the hood...
