Has anyone done it what does it intail and hopefully I can up load this pic it is of the driver side front frame that is by the bumper and hooks to the transmission.

yea, i just went through it and mine did not look half as bad!. that thing is going to need to be replaced!. do yourself a favor and buy on that is cut out of another car. fit way better than a repop one. crackedback on here sells them, and it will not be garbage!. also, i am sure he can give you some pionters as you do it, just like he did for me. he knows his crap, and does not sell junk.
i started with a rail that needed a small patch, but quickly found out it had rotted out from the inside out.

Unfortunately I don't do any of the early stuff.
Best way is as 340plot suggests, a full rail and spotweld cut yours out/replace.
