I’d lean to the switch. As for dim headlights, do they get brighter when revving the engine a bit? If not, the alternator may not be charging.
So I ended up replacing the instrument panel circuit board, headlight switch and all seems to be working! And yes lights get way brighter when revving. It passed safety! Since I am learning as I go…where do I find the backings for trunk/hood badges? My “T” is off (I have it) and no backing.
