How many are left? No real way to tell.

Leroy, clean out your inbox!

I would love you to check the ACTUAL GAS MILEAGE, I've seen folks claim 35 mpg, which I consider to be BS

Absolutely no way to tell.

I will be able to check when I get mine on the road.
However, these cars cars are 48 years old.

The OP disappeared as if he owed me money. That is surprising since he is supposed to be the baddest man in the whole damned town.
Badder than Old King Kong and meaner than a junkyard dog.

I have a Dart Lite. I got it as a stripped out carcass.

This car was stripped ! It isn't even coded for a R11 AM radio.

I will pot mine next week.
I could us the dash frame and the red fender.
Mine was hit on the drivers side front.

What are your plans for it?

I'm going to use this as a stunt car for a video movie. It has no title and is a 1976 model, subject to emission testing which kiboshes the chance of fixing it up to keep.
It will be crashed.
If you want parts, send me a PM. The forum staff does not like sales transactions outside of the "sales" section of the forum.

Still have the aluminum case OD 4spd in it? They don't hold up to beatings well, but if You bore the countershaft holes & steel bush 'em em they do OK.

I still remember seeing one in Warrensburg, Missouri circa 1994. It lived at a house not far from me.

So I remember when I was about 17 years old reading about the Feather Duster (1985) in a magazine or book. Anyway, I'm in the local Junk Yard looking for parts for my Duster, and I walk by a Duster and look at the Fender and it said "Feather Duster." Then I said to myself, that's the car with the lightweight parts, but the hood was gone. I looked underneath and there was the aluminum bumper support, so I grabbed that and the rear support. Still have them today.

I would love to get my hands on a Dart Lite 4 speed o/d one of these days.
In the early '80s there was a lady that worked at the post office in my town that had one.
It was robin egg blue and was in fantastic shape, but she would not sell it.
A couple of years later, her and the car disappeared.
She must have moved away.
I have a hood, trunk lid, and bumpers for one if I ever run across a project for sale...
