jpar will regret egging 318wilrun on. lol I see 11's in his future. lol He might just skip the 12's. lol
The econo Duster build makes a high 11 pass by this time next year, my crystal ball says. lol
well, when you look at my current car set up, it's pretty easy to find all kinds of areas to drop 1.36 to give me 11.99 :)

Ya'll been busy while I was away today. Went to the Dyersville, Iowa Farm/Toy show. One of the largest in the world. Me and the Misses had a fun day. :)
Bought a couple of old mopar race cars! Just need a little work is all... :)

what did you mean by no rotating assembly :realcrazy::realcrazy:
The block, the piston, the crank, the rods, bearings, rings... All that free stuff... I can't imagine you using a $25 timing chain and gears with your new cam and heads but who knows... Of course the $2, 500 won't include the Doug's headers or the slick LOL...

??? I think my 360 rotates just fine??? that's where I'm confused ?

this would be carb to pan engine.
  • long block 400 dollars
  • 750 DP - I believe 150 (been a while)
  • intake - I have a stealth -150
  • ProMaxx - 1437
  • Cam/lifters - 220
  • intake/head/timing cover gaskets/fluids - 100
Grand Total of 2457.00 :)

Pull up Summit and punch in rotating assembly and see what you get..
I just quoted the cost, including fluids. What don't you understand? The 400 dollar long block is in the car right now and I'm driving it!

When you put $2, 500 worth of heat into it you'll find out....lol...
No way can I add them up, but I would guess I've probably had around 50 small block mopars alone. 273, 318, 340, 360 - had 'em all. Never....EVER lost a motor. Maybe my time is coming....

so with the 2500 in Parts the $400 motor and if I ad in the Doug's headers were up to about 3, 500 now... With how many miles on the rotating assembly? I hope drag racing longevity isn't your plan....

So in those 50 motors have you ever put Worth to eat in them and on them...

read the list.... 2457 included the 400 dollar block. Total cost, Carb to Oil pan, 2457.

I'm absolutely not recommending a stroker I want to see all this money dropped on an old motor and how long it will last...

That didn't include the special bolts for the that's correct? Cost of proper rockers improper pushrods?....
