I have this 904 273 Transmission, not sure if it’s a 1964 or 1965, is there anyway to tell from my pictures which year I have? I believe 1964 and 1965 are different…I just don’t know much about these years, thanks!
Once you know the numbers they can be looked up in various books that will tell you the answer. Many folks on here, including me, can help you with looking that up.
65 904's still had the trunnion flange like the one in the pics. 66 is when 904's went to slip yoke.65 was the first year for the slip yoke for the 727 but not the 833. 904?
