So I worked on the teen again, I guess a little at a time and thanks to president's day, I got a free day to work on this.

Everything is a slow process and that's OK.

I'm still dealing with some scratches in cylinder number 4 and I have this weird spot in cylinder number that I can feel with a nail

It helps that the scratches are lower on the cylinder. Not much pressure being built at that point. It will run just fine. Keep going.
 
Gap the rings and send it.
It will be fine for a daily driver.
