3 FISH LIMIT AL's BUDGET BUILD

Had I known you needed a package tray, i woulda sent you a paper template in the mail. I made mine for both cars out of free 1/8" masonite I got from work. At my work the vendor that sends us our aircraft sheetmetal, lines the bottoms of the pallets with it. They just pitch it in the trash, I took it home lol . Gonna glue black naugahyde on it, add my period correct 6x9 metal speaker grille covers after I paint em semigloss black. For sonny's car I got some ram van 6x9 door speaker grille covers. I also made trunk divider panels for both cudas out of 1/8" masonite. I made the spare tire boards out of a thicker version of this stuff too.

I put some shoulder belt mounts in before I installed the headliner. I used some old floor mounts from the old floor I cut out. Cut them down to fit in the square hole and just welded them in. All good for later if I decide to put 3pt belts in.

Nothing better than an early Christmas gift of parts. Looking good Al.
Let me know how that glove box fits I need one and wondering how good they fit also the gas tank rubber they both look the same as mine.

I will have to stretch the headliner a bit when installing the front and rear glass
Hope it turns out better than it looks now.

Iv'e done a few years ago and found that if you stretch them out vise grip and paint sticks on the front and back glass pinch weld and let them sit over night then glue them down.
Just a thought.

Hey Fred , I got the Box liner from Vansauto on EBAY. Says it fits 67. $26 shipped, He sells all kinds of mopar stuff pretty reasonable. Seems to fit ok. Looks well made for cardboard . LOL. Hey I like the idea of some glue on the headliner. PITA with no helper.

I have shoulder belts and holders if need be Al.
Nice work!
Steve , I have a complete set of 68 belts. ( JUNK ) I have just enough 67 for front lap belts. Also some brackets that go on with the sun visors to clip the shoulder belt on when not in use. Man I could use some pics of how the belts are supposed to look installed. AND I just remembered there was 2 little brackets with a snap for the shoulder belts to, should have been installed under the headliner, damit. What do you have for extra belts ?

I have the brackets for the shoulder belt in my head liner if you need some pictures. I think they are the same.
