Does having the fly wheel milled slightly for a new cliutch install effect the balancing?
What fly wheel would you use if you had a 340 stroked with a 360 crank? Dont know if that is possible but a buddy has a 340 that "supossedly" has had that done to it.

emnestor, resurfacing shouldnt affect anything with balance one bit, the only thing is the linkage will need to be adjusted for pedal freeplay afterwards. no biggie. as for the 360 crank turned to fit a 340, i could see it being either way, depending on if it was balanced with mallory metals or something else, if i did that id be damn sure to get the entire rotating assembly balanced, internal or externally...
