4 speed I.D. HELP!!

I picked up a four speed and would really like to know exactly what car this came out of. Here's the numbers that I have found on it.

side cover- C95664Z
3-27
Left side by bellhousing- 3-29-68
23 spline
right side of tailshaft- C-96707J
right side by filler plug- H-3
C97622
shifter mount is on rt front of tailshaft
Flat area on right side of trans- 8A267610
RP 8832446 0007

If you can figure this one out I'll put up the numbers for the aluminum case one I got as well!!
