Holy cow! You're my new hero. More pics and details please!

What kind of heat exchanger is that? Looks like a cool ride. I've always liked the idea of a turbo small block with an overdrive.

Thanks guys! Here is a few more pics, will try to put some more up later, exchanger is a water to air we made up.

Thanks! Yes, did all fab work myself, still tuning the efi, will post dyno numbers as soon as we pull it. Trying to get it ready to drive to the run to the sun cruise at myrtle Beach this weekend. About 300 miles each way.

OMG, that is awesome! That is one of the best early A cars around. Dam that little car must really move out with that power plant.

Did you build that front valance yourself?

Very cool. One question - it looks like a single turbo, but the pic of the exhaust shows two headpipes? I'm curious about that.

Thanks guys! The pic of exh was before I did the turbo install, and the front valance is the stock one we just covered over the openings.

This car and build is absolutely awesome! You have done some beautiful work, I'm envious! WOW!

The more I see these early A cars built like this, the more I like them.

Have fun at the Run To The Sun, but I wish you were bringing that car to the Piedmont Dragway Mopar Classic event this Saturday.

I looked, but none of those parts were available at O'Reillys....go figure!!! :)

Incredible machine you've built there, awesome.....just awesome!! Geof

First test drive! Look in rear window! But we are still smiling!

Haha, classic! I took mine out for a spin afyer i got my 340 back in with new supercomp headers. Sunday 7:30 am no one on the road, opened it up through second and got lit up. I explained what was going on, a debut break in ride and the officer made me pop the hood, gave me a wink and let me off with a warning. What size turbo is that?

I got a reckless driving and a 69 in a 50! Good thing he was sitting where he was, we were slowing down! It's a 68mm.

Ok guys, we made it to the beach but had a little trouble after got there, the waste gate stuck closed and it made over 15 psi boost before I could get out of it and now I have a miss on #5 cylinder, think it may have pinched a ring or something, everything else went good, it got 17 mpg and never got over 185 degrees even in traffic! Man I love the boost!!!!!
