looking for a kelsey hayes disc brake hub/rotor with 5 on 4 1/2 big bolt pattern to replace the 5 on 4 small bolt pattern hub/rotor.
if anything is available used,new or aftermarket.

Here is the way to modify Mustang rotors to work with the Kelsey Hayes sbp disc brakes. It is a very good and detailed thread.

The other option is RamMan but he is very expensive.
