And the A/C Condenser. Yikes!
Big radiators and A/C condensers are even more fun in an early A!

Nice progress. What's with notching the frame though? What headers are you using? I've got TTIs for mine and they clear very well. (??)

Ah, I did move my engine over to the driver side by about 3/8" or so, don't remember exactly, but that must be the difference. How's the headers clear the HP90? My project was originally going to be a 5.7 with TKO500; then 6.1 with TKO600; then 6.1/392 stroker with (marginally) the TKO60. Now that it's progressed to the Hellcat, thinking maybe an HP90, TF or T400 might be better. My RedEye is a handful at full throttle. Wouldn't want to even think of manually shifting that beast at full throttle. The Cuda, with about 1,000 lbs less weight than the RE would probably put me in about the same predicament.

I see you have a vehicle lift in your garage. If I may ask, how tall are your ceiling? Mine is about an inch or two short of 11 feet and I'm not sure if that's going to be enough.

I clearanced the frame rail for TTI header too. Mine fit, but was close. Figured why not do, don't want an issue later.

But, try to thread the O2 sensor in. I think I will notch frame out for that so I don't have to drop the trans down to change if it ever goes bad.

If you're lucky enough to be me, you'll find that:

A) Hot Rod parts rarely fit without mods.
2) Headers never fit without mods.

Sounds typical to me. Here on the East Coast we called it (the parts that needed modified to fit)
California Romance B.S.. You take it beyond the level I used. A hammer and if that didn’t work I got a bigger hammer. Keep up the good work. Enjoying the build!

Not a hemi , I agree all the way, but, my used TTI headers fit perfect , all I had to do is straighten the beat up and crushed tubes from the previous owner .
