Going to put the headers in this weekend. The hardest part will be the tail pipes. I have a vision in my head, hopefully it works.

I got the lower control arms back with the new sway bar location and the new sway bar. Installed the them, the only thing is the sway bar washers are to big. So I used the washers from the old sway bar, I just had to open up the hole.
I was not sure the cross over support was going to align with the oil pan hole, boy I got lucky perfect fit. Hopefully I have the washer in the right spot.

Next is to cut down my steering column and install the new steering linkage.

WOW, it's been some time after a good friend passing, my Dad passing and a very close (second Dad really) uncle Passing. And on top of it me, an illness and surgery. Feeling great now and back at it!

I pulled everything back apart, Painted the motor Race Hemi Orange and powder coated the front end.
I went with the 325 spring and single adjuster coil over shocks. Just a couple of small things left to do on the suspension. The steering, the rack is not long enough so I have extenders and now too long, so dealing with that. The sway bar just have to finish up the links.
The stance is good with the motor in. Hopefully the rear will lower some more when all the weight is in the car.

When using the 1" extenders, I usually have to take approximately 1" off the tie rod (threaded end) . The 1" extenders are more like 1-1/2" to 1-3/4" extenders
Trans mount does not line up. Tried loosening everything and moving it over still off. Anybody else run into this?
also anyone running stock ride height? I bought the one inch shock extension that it’s says to use but the thread pitch is real bad (loose). I like to find something better. Any suggestions?

Fixed the trans mount. All centered. Had to shim the Passenger side motor mount bracket.
Mocked up the steering column and steering shaft. I had them machined, but left one side not done to make sure on final assembly That everything is correct length.

Rebuilt steering column.
Had to shorten it to clear the head.
I used Rattle Trap for the floor and firewall
Rebuilt the wiper linkage, brake pedal, E brake and the driver vent box and I stalled. Also installed NOS wiper motor
Had the dash powder coated textured. Came out awesome. Had to spray dip the wire looms. They melted in the oven.
