new to the thread posting so here we go.
bought this dart two years ago & did a bit of interior work and clean up ect. drove it for a summer & decided to get it painted.
going a little further then was first planed of course.
car was an original 340 4 gear swinger.

Welcome aboard from another Ontarian..Used to work for the Winchester Arms and helped them build the pub in Huntsville...strip joint was conveniently just down the street...LOL Good times!! Oh ya nice dart too!!
 
car did lok pretty good from 60 ft.
found lots of quick fixes & short cut body work.
just picked up new quaters, trunk pan, trunk extensions & outer wheel houses
the other day.
getting ready to start cutting the old stuff out this week.
trying to add some more pictures but not having much luck.
 
Someone help this guy get more pix loaded! I gotta see more of this beautiful car!
That car is a spitting image of the one my brother bought in 1973, Cragars and all!

resized some pics. of the old mopar as it was a few months ago.
cut drivers side quater off this evening, and just taking a break.

I am at a point now where I had better start putting something back in place.
Have the new trunk pan sitting in place & hoping to have that plug welded this evening.

new parts in place on left side.
trunk pan, outer wheel house & rocker panel.
AMD parts fit pretty good so far.

That looks great. I'll be starting the same repairs on my car soon. Keep up the good work.
 
I'm watching your progress closely. I'm considering using AMD quarters and outer wheel wells on mine but would like to know about fit and quality first. I've heard from one guy that there pretty good. Good luck.
 
Have the new AMD quarter sitting in place.
Checking fit & positioning the trunk extension this evening.
Hoping to have that welded & make up some small patches
to fit from the rear door jam down to the rocker.
everything seems to sit pretty good so far.
Kind of looking forward to getting at the other side soon.

Pulled the new quarter back off & primed hidden areas with epoxy grey.
shot some r4 base & clear on these parts, nothing thats going to be seen later.
color looks awesome & matches original perfectly.
forgot to weld the the bumper brace in so i am back to that now.
