If you happen to be in the PNW, I have a dash frame that will fit real nice in there, and IIRC, it's uncutMajority of the floor pan rust is from inside and the worst is drivers side. Bent the edges back strait and radio bezel fits back.

She fired up easier than I thought she would. Thanks go out to @dartfreak75 and @318willrun for the push in the right direction.
Cant get penetration on the grade 8 bolt, only on the nut. But will get it eventually.Great work bud! Glad its running. You can get that broken bolt out! Take a nut and thread it on and weld it on the top. Heat around the hole and it will come out. I like to heat around the bold then spray some penatrate then reheat again then try to ease it out.
Those dang things can be stubborn. I broke one of the exhaust studs off in my head I tried everything ended up having to drill it and retap it. I managed to get it centered enough that I didn't have to go up a size in thread just drilled out the the old bolt and cleaned out the threadsCant get penetration on the grade 8 bolt, only on the nut. I need to get a better drill bit and drill it out on the milling machine. Those dang things can be stubborn.
