Yes I have other parts as well. Dash parts interior and exterior parts. I've been trying to pm you but it's not responding. I click start a conversation bet after that it doesn't respond

I tried that on several occasions to no avail. The screen pops up and when you click on start a conversation it does nothing. What am I to do ??

Lets make sure your doing this right.
Are you clicking on the username (black arrow)
If yes then it should open this black popup box, then you click on Start a Conversation (yellow arrow)
Which should then open an entirely new window and should look like this....
