73' B3 340 Duster pro touring build

don't forget to use one for those electronic exhaust cutouts!
They have a option for "OPEN" pipes. I haven't decided if I'm going to add cut outs but if I do.......it's a definite add on. I didn't see one for "EJECTION SEAT" or "SHUT THE F**k UP" so those are out.

I say don't label them. It'll be more exciting to just guess. If you're like me, after you don't drive it for a while you'll forget what all the buttons do :D

Dash looks great Ross. If you find a button that say's "Get in, Sit down, Shut up, and Hold on," I'll take one. I Know it seems slow but every little step is one step closer.

When you guys talk about Mr. Osama's cheese, it is pronounced "Guvment cheese.":coffee2:

During my influential teenage years I remember seeing a Dash Plaque that said "GAS, GRASS OR ***....NOBODY RIDES FOR FREE" that might make for some interesting conversation on a button !!!! Thanks for the compliment...it's getting there slowly.

That saying must still be popular, I just Goggled the saying and there's tons of images and decals, oh well..... so much for being Nostalgic or Vintage.

You need the last button, closest to the passengers side, that simply says "Do not push" and hook it up to a small electrical shock to the passengers seat. That would make for a good conversational piece. LOL

How do you put a time date on that?

A "Gas, Grass or ***" sticker on a carbon fiber background LOL.

That was just one of the several images under the Goggle Images search I did...some on there were Vintage AKA No Carbon Fiber. Come to think of it that statement doesn't really fit now that I'm not a Teenager and being in the Military I really don't have a need for the Grass so I found a better revised version that will work just fine.

So my 1 3/4" U bend arrived Via UPS and after cutting it all up and welding it back into an "S" it clears the HDK (although the picture looks like it touches) and should work out once I get a 90 degree bent hose. The upper looks like it's really far away from the Radiator but with the Fans in place it doesn't look so bad. Tomorrow I'll get it pressure checked to make sure it doesn't leak (not that it will) and paint it with Eastwood Radiator Satin Black.

such an amazing build. I hope everyone appreciates the attention to detail as much as I do. Kudos to you sir.

Thanks... I wish I could actually just Bolt on a part without modifying it.

I WANT TO SEE T IN PERSON

I partially blame this build for giving me bad ideas on what to do to mine

The more I do, the more ideas I have for a future build or things I would have done differently. Once I finish it, I will make as many show's as possible so there's a good chance you'll get to see it.

Before taking the Radiator to get pressure tested, I decided to change the upper hose a bit...more rubber less aluminum. I think it looks somewhat cleaner. I also did a quick mock up the lower hose.
