[WANTED] 8.25 rearend

love to find a 8.25 with 3.20-3.50 gears that will bolt straight into my '73. I've got a 69-70 B body open rear end with highway gears for partial trade if that helps. I will pick up within 200 miles of Cataula GA

an 87 thru 90 dodge dakota 2wd rear end is only about 2 inches longer flange to flange, if you have fender clearance and on a 2wd spring perches or on bottom of housing like a car, if you find a 4wd spring perches or on top,and woud have to have spring perches moved ,but most of the 4wd are 355 or 391 gears, on the 2wd you usually can find a 323, also same with jeep cherokees,starting somewhere in the early 1980s up to 1992 most of them are 355 or 391, but they are a little longer flange to flange than the dakota and the spring perches are a little wider

When did dakotas go 6 bolt lug pattern?

Yeah, no. Plain old stock is what I want . Not wider, not disk brakes, not custom drilled axles to my pattern. Otherwise I’d have a go with the b body rear I have.
