8 3/4 decoding help

Ok mopar gurus I have some questions about my A body rear I just purchased today. Hoping I can have some help decoding. It's an 8 3/4 with a 741 member. 3.91 Sure Grip. Here is the list of numbers. I can't say what I paid because you'd all have a heart attack at how cheap I got it! Thanks All!

4 8 65 - assembly date of the sure grip unit. Bonus that it is the rebuildable clutch style.

3.91 gear ratio

4 14 65 - ring gear machining date
