Thank you TF360!

Powder coat guy didn't show up. More waiting. He says the blaster is the one causing the delay. OK, I'll wait some more.

Ahem ... :-D

Hi Alex. If your coater relies on another just to do basic and necessary prep work, it might behoove you to check around some more. You may even find one who's a Mopar fan! In fact, I know of one who gives FABO and military discounts.

Thanks Leanna, I am sure you guys do fab PC...don't want to be shipping a K member though, haha.

Anyways, got my K back and the UCA's, spindles, and LCA's. I didn't have him PC the LCA's until the Mancini plates are TIG'ed. That should happen today.

Oh no sir, I don't want to step on any toes! I'm more of a custom specialist and only tossed that out there in response to your indication to keep going. It looks great from what I can see, and you're happy so that's what matters. :-D

Thanks Leanna! Appreciate it! I looked at your website, have to say Awesome, great work!!!

PC guy delivered more parts...this should be fun putting it back together. He took the Mancini plated LCA's with him.

Thanks for checking it out and for the kind words! As timing would have it, I'm taking a break right now from long overdue site updates. Most of my latest Powder **** is on the shop's Facebook Fan Page. The New and Improved PSC.com is on the way soon though. :)

Good job, that car is looking clean!!!!!

A 2" piece of PVC pipe works great for installing UCA ball joint boots. Hit the pipe with the 2lb hammer sideways so you strike both sides of the pipe and the boot goes right on!

great work and its wonderful you are having FUN with this. that's what its all about anyway! I love looking at this degree of workmanship and detail. been there, done it decades ago. I personally just work to build decent looking drivers now!

Thanks barbee6043!

I decided I am going to take my LCA's to someone with a press, to press in the pivot shafts and bushings, that should be tomorrow. So today I started the conversion of the Auto steering column into a floor shift model. I will be JB welding the seam to keep it from turning and topping with filler. Thanks to xMOPARx who posted how to get this done: http://www.forabodiesonly.com/mopar/showthread.php?t=104306

Little All-Metal filler, some sanding. It's getting smooth!

Suspension is looking nice,
I also hated the thought of undercoating my inner fenders since I put new inner fenders on, used base / clear on them.

Thanks guys! And great news Higgs! Thanks Dave!!!

Got wheel bearings packed, rotors, strut w/ new Moog bushings, and Bilstein shock installed....tie rods and disc brake calipers need to be installed and the passenger side will be compete.

higgs and I stopped by to see your car progress yesterday, and I was blown away by the quality & quantity of work you've done. And all in 3 months! Thanks for the eye candy.

I have been jumping around working on various parts of the car. Seems everything is it's own little project. I am waiting on the new disc brake caliper pistons to arrive so I can finish the brakes and get it all mounted. The wrong pitman arm has arrived twice...maybe the 3rd time will be a charm (K7076 for Power steering)??? My steering wheel has been converted to floor shift (4 speed) I am just waiting for the new Turn signal cancel part to arrive so I can complete it. The Dynamat is not complete because I was missing a few body plugs (they are ordered). So I decided to tackle the passenger side door jam/window roof line paint conversion. I have more paint on order and more clear on it's way...so this should be complete soon. See everything is it's own little project. Will be doing new weather stripping on all of this, Pop out window, roof line, and door.

Been thinking while I have this, this far apart.... it may be wise to Mini Tub/Spring Relocate. Ya think???
