Looks like the tech line at Bob Evens ( coffee shop) on Saturday morning

Looks like everybody had a great time, wish I could have been there, but Mexico wasn't bad either.

Ross is talking about (starting elaborate preparations for) painting his grill.

Should you tell him about going outside with the grill in one hand and a rattle
can of "cast iron gray" in the other (be back in 5 minutes) or keep it a secret?

They're in the Nats picture thread that Ma Snart started.

I knew that already ......but since I want a two tone look I figure it will take a little time to mask it off .

I masked.....well worth the time in order to keep the black portion...black
what I didn't mask was the shiny stainless trim, but neither did the builders of the original Missile

Next week I'll probally start the masking process, I think I'll use the Soft Touch Clear on part of it. I need to spray a test piece to bring you guys at Norwalk next Month. Are you still planning on having the Updated Slammer ready for me by then so I can pick it up there ?

Hi Doc.

I'm always studying the 70's Pro stocks for cool and "creative" things.
Those guys, like the NASCAR racers of that era, really knew how to push the envelope.

Thanks for noticing

So whats going on these days. I guess everyone is still hung over from the nats. I bet the mad wizard (Denny) is hold up in his shop creating some new wild parts for our cars.

Sky, This guy pulled into the HEMI reunion today right behind us. We
became aquainted during unloading and put our easy-ups together. He
is from Oklahoma. His Cuda is a cross-ram Hemi with a 4-speed, S60 Dana
and 4.10 gears.

This is just to get you motivated. Nice guy, he is going to join us in the
tent at the Nat's next year.

Wow and I thought I missed out by not being at Nat's this year. I guess I better get going on my car and get it done. Thanks for the pics and motivation. Looks like a great time was had by all.

Denny please tell us what he thought of your creation. I'm sure he was pleased.
