what the best rocker arm for my edelbrock head 60779 for 340 solid lifters and what the differts between 1.5 ratio and 1.6 ratio some peolpe tell to get 1.5 other say 1.6

im running the same head with prw's im impressed with the quailty..not done with the build...just checking what cam are you running?

the rocker arm ration increases the lift of you cam..it should state a lift with a certin rocker arm ratio..lets say 1.5 if you go 1.6 the lift will increase.....but im no expert

the difference between the 1.5's and 1.6's is the difference between the fulcrum and the pushrod i think (may be the distance between the valve and fulcrum) but changing the distance increases the lift of the cam. my cam with 1.5's has .470 lift at the valve but with 1.6's its a .501 lift
