Anyone know where these bolts come from?

So we just put back in the tranny on a '74 dodge dart, 318 and torqueflite 904. Now we have 2 mystery nut n bolts. We thought it was from the kickdown but it was all together with no extra holes. Unforutnaely didnt take any pics before removal, so now im stuck trying to find where they go. Below is one of the bolts, the other one is the same diameter and pitch, same square nut, but about half an inch longer

Ik this is stupid but any help is appreciated, thanks yall

It looks like a ground wire bolt & nut, maybe for headlight wiring harness. Those square nuts are mostly used in caged in applications, sometimes lower steering column plates & radiator supports for grounding wires or mounting horns & such. Also, the nuts are sometimes tack welded in place from the factory.
 
Those go right in the very center of the trans, geographically. The quality of the build depends on their positioning within the forward direct sun ring.
 
If you look closely, none of those transmission linkage bolts are toothed washer type. I don't think they are linkage bolts.
