bad business choice by classic industries

Looks like CI is trying to have good customer service. I will give them a try next time I need something IF they have what I need at the price for produt and shipping.

We're not using "COVID" as an excuse. The reality is that good help has always been hard to find, and that's never been more true than right now, especially in California. We are very aggressively recruiting, training, and implementing new resources to raise our customer level and improve customer satisfaction. And I can honestly say that the changes we've made so far are improving things. But we know that the challenges we face as a business aren't going to be solved overnight... So we continue to work.

We know you all have options out there, we know we're not the only game in town. That's why we listen and respond. And that's why I continue to invite forum members to reach out to me directly so I can make sure things are handled swiftly and properly.
Thanks for responding. I might have painted with too wide a brush. My advice to you would be to follow in Edelbrock's footsteps and get the hell out of kommiefornika. It's become a climate not conducive to good business.

See a positive out come. Thank you. No company wants to loose customers 1 dissatisfied customer and you must get 25 new customers to replace that 1 and that is unsustainable. But I will also say sometimes no matter what you do there will be some people who will never be satisfied.

We don't make radiators, we sell radiators made by all the major manufacturers in the industry. If you have an issue with one, please PM me the details so I can work with you on the issue.
Then you sell junk for top dollar. Not make junk sorry for the mix up.

We're sorry to hear that you feel that way. Did you bring the issue to our attention?

All of our products come with a satisfaction guarantee. If you have an unresolved issue, send me a direct message and I'll do my best to make things right.

Do yall offer a forum discount? A lot of our vendors do. I am in need of the driver's side outer wheelhouse quarter patch panel for the 64 Valiant. Yall are the only place I've found it. The price isn't terrible, but living on social security, I need all the help I can get. I think it's like $268 or some such.

Looks like we offer a few options 1967-69 A-body steering wheels... Is there something specific you're looking for? If you could send me pics of what you have in mind, I can check into it.
Looks like this.

Man, there's SO much crap out there for radiators, it's tough on anybody selling them. You can buy ten chinkesium radiators in a row and might get three bad ones. That's not a very good rate and it's not always the fault of the vendor. I would think if they make good on it, that would be the mark of a good vendor.

I had bought a radiator for a 1990 Ranger ...twice...at a NAPA store. After going through all the rgamorale about "you have bad head gaskets etc. from the parts guy( he was tired of me returning it) I sent the last one out to a radiator shop for a re crimp of the plastic tanks...never had another issue. that was 15 years ago so they've been junk for a while...

We offer a full spectrum of radiators... We have copper/brass and aluminum, US-made and imported. But like any other product we sell, if we see a high defect-rate, we'll stop selling the product until the issues are resolved. Or we drop the product line altogether. It's not in our interest or the interest of our customers to sell bad products.

I feel for OP, but I have a hard time getting hard about spark plug boot colors.

That was the closest color I saw. Sorry. Hell, I tried.
When did you start working for Classic Industries:D because I'm talking about a listing I was given from the vendor and informed that the price has gone up from what the listing said. It's all good. When I'm I need it as the final touch I'll consider it, maybe they'll have my color by then :)
