I'm still torn between the steel wheels and Cragars.

I'm thinking about swapping the wheels on mine to some old school mags in front/steelies in the back with vintage looking tires. I also want to install a white stripe down the lower side of the body.

Nice Barracuda!

I bought it in November and really don't have to do any body work, thankfully no rust. However, the interior is a different story....electrical problems with the dash and the upholstery is shredded. I'm thinking of going with black seat covers and a deep blue rug. I also have all the parts for adding a console. All I need is the $$.

I met the former owner of my 67 in the early 1980s (82-83) and took the first pic in 1985. I lost contact with him in 1986 and reconnected when he posted the car for sale here on FABO in 2006. In Sept. 2006 we picked it up. I've had it apart since late 2007, but progress has been made.......

Car is meticulously documented. Every part, contact with previous owners, etc. Came with boxes of extra parts as well. Simply put, this car I will keep for a lifetime. I spent WAAAAY too long looking for one. It is a 340 car dressed as a Formula 'S' by the previous owner. It is very well done. Rebuilt 340 by Ray Barton, detailed by Totally Auto in PA back in 96'-97'. Only complaint is the discoloring of the exhaust manifolds. Car still looks amazing as of today. I was glad to take over as steward for this car! I also have a great set of "turbine" wheel covers like the ModTop, a set of Rallyes, and a third set of Plymouth caps for it...

Man, these cars are beautiful!
Can't wait for summer to put the top down and feel a warm breeze!

Man, if I could just figure out how to put a picture in with this I'd show y'all my new project...raggedy '67...6 different colors...wiring harness in a bucket in the floorboard, etc. I'm sure you all know the situation. It's like I told my wife when I drug it home 'It's got promise'.:sign3:
