yep, they are

Look a lot like the TTi's I have in my basement for the new motor. There should be a partial part number on the flanges. Go to their web site and check part numbers.

I'm pretty sure you're correct, a friend of ours told us that once and had an old set of CPPA's on his Duster, then he rebuilt the motor and gave those headers to his BB dakota and bought TTI's and they were an exact match, just coated and way more $$$$
