The best breakfast food is oatmeal. Cereal with a low sugar content. Wheat toast. Eggs, breakfast meats other than pork. Real butter and no sugar jelly. American's consumer way to much greasy food.

We all eat unhealthy including myself. Foods that we should avoid are, pork,catfish, lobster,shrimp,crab, just to name a few. Most of the seafood that people eat are scavengers and should not be eaten by humans. You can look on the internet for the list of clean and unclean foods. If people followed this, again including myself there would be less folks with heart, digestive problems and obesity.

Well, you just did.Well as far as the foods that I mentioned are not a opinion of mine but rather what it says in the Bible, NOT pushing my beliefs on anybody.

Heart issues here as well. Been on the table for the heart.Cholesterol city. I'm a heart patient, so I have a good understanding of what is bad for folks to eat. IF we have fries we bake them. Any doctor will tell you that fried foods are not good to eat on a regular basis

Mom turned 80 & with pop, both celebrating there 60th wedding anniversary they surprised me by renewing there vows.
One of the few thing’s about moving to Florida is the inability to grab a good bagel. (A good deli for Hero’s/Hogies/Sandwiches on a KAISER ROLL & Pizza, not to mention a good take out food, (the Chinese food here completely sucks ***) is also on that list.) While on Long Island, I grabbed a dozen to make myself and family a little happy.
For us that eat breakfast…… my son made himself a Ham, Bacon, egg and cheddar on a toasted salted bagel.
I just had a buttered cinnamon French toast flavored bagel and coffee. (Caw-Fe- LOL!)

Backstrap is good.Venison blackstrap, raw fried taters and egg not scrambled.
