I have this cam that came out of a 360, I am trying to identify it. It has DRV3 stamped on the end, and some other numbers. Looks like D2 and I-5 under it, and one the other side it looks like C2 and either VS4 or V64 under it. Googling drv3 camshaft came up with this. Can anybody help me with this?

I my experience that method only works on very
mild camshafts. A dial indicator/Mag Base and a lifter in the block will
getter a more accurate figure on High Perf. or Racing cams without breaking
you budget.
Finding someone with a Cam Master is a much better method yet.

I agree. I had used the Crane variant twice with good results.

While not a huge power house, it has an increase in power while maintaining decent vacuum and a good idle. This is a really easy going cam on the valve train parts. A very good driver cam with increased power. I’d run it if it’s a daily driver, for sure. I would roughly out this cams RPM range in the 1500 - 5500 area.

It does like a 4bbl., headers and increased compression. 9.5-1 (Iron headed) is as far as I’d go. I’ve used in as low as a 7.8-1 ratio.
