Getting ready for the spring rebuild on 65 Dart which had 13" rims stock. Now has 14" rims. Based on my simple arithmitic I figure 3.90 gears will give me about what would be 3.6? gearing if it still had the 13" rims based upon distance traveled for each driveshaft revolution. Am I missing something here ? THX.

well its about overall diameter of the rubber  haha...tire

I figure 6 inches different rollout is about 1 1/10th of your original tire diameter so your gears should be 1 1/0 lower if you were happy with 3.55 you should run 3.91. 110 % of 3.55 =3.905

All I have now is prob' stock 2.??. A 3.55 would be ideal for my wants but was trying to figure the larger tire size.
