Cracks in Exhaust Manifolds,
Dog Leg intake ports,
Plastic oil pump drive connectors,
Cam retainer failures which allowed the cam to 'eat' an hole in the timing cover,= massive oil leak,
Oval cylinders on freshly machined blocks...
