CL ad, thought I'd list.......

It all depends on timing. I sold my 7 1/4 for $40 within a month of me removing it and installing my 8 1/4.

It was nice of them to include the lug nuts - you'll need them on the driver side! Lol

Couldn't give away my 7 1/4 rear axle. Ended throwing it in a scrap steel dumpster.

That is a tough decision. ....it's vintage Mopar parts....but worthless. ...yet still hurts to dumpster it....

Jeff
Yea,it hurt. Every time is see someone wanting a 7 1/4 I get mad at myself for not storing it for someone else to use.

I dumpstered mine as well and it was a sure grip 7 1/4...

No one wanted it so the scrap guy took it.

I still scrap them. Until the day comes that gear changes are affordable and with a good gear selection, and sure grips become readily available...... worthless.

Its easier to use a brand x rear end, so you can get ANY gear you want ( plus BBP) and affordable limited slip units straight out of the Jegs catalog that finds your mailbox.
